How We Work

Basically we concentrate our work in the most tribal dominated unreached area. With the intention to promote the all round development of the tribal people and the specially the disable people of the remote area we carry out different activities through different program. The major focus is given for the socio economic rehabilitation of the disabled people of the remote areas. We work in the most unreached and backward areas of the Chhattisgarh state for the promotion of the health, education, and agriculture, socio-economic condition of the rural poor and disabled person.

For the promotion of the education we work in the 16 different blocks of 4 districts namely Raipur, Gariaband, Dhamtari, and Balodabazar of Chhattisgarh state. For socio economic rehabilitation of the visually impaired people we worked with the support of sight saver Bhopal in the different blocks of Raipur district but at present our work is confined at Abhanpur block of Raipur district. For the promotion of the income generating activities through Saksham different vocational training programme are imparted to the disabled trainees of different areas of Gariaband district. With the project “People’s Empowerment through Regeneration, Conservation, Protection of Natural Resources for Sustainable livelihood” we work along with our partners in different areas of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand states.
